You’ll receive a fully-funded training programme for your ICAEW ACA qualification. We will provide you with a structured and supportive approach to your training as you work and study your way to becoming qualified and then, as a qualified Chartered Accountant, to your career development and progression with us. So what can you expect if you join us as a Graduate trainee? You will join our busy Audit & Assurance compliance department, where you’ll gain extensive knowledge of commercial, financial and taxation matters from your colleagues to supplement your studies. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and gain experience in our specialist departments at our offices across the North West.
You’ll not just be working with the numbers; you’ll be working as a team with your colleagues and will have direct contact with our clients soon after joining us, so you’ll need great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You’ll need the personality and skills to build an exceptional rapport with our clients and you’ll have a real commitment to giving them the excellent service we are know for and proud to provide. Our clients operate across many sectors and vary in size; no two days and audits will be the same.
It’s a varied and highly challenging role that will develop your professional and personal skills as you train.
We know that when you join us, you will still have much to learn, but we do require you to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree with A levels of grade B or above in three subjects (which must exclude General Studies).
