CLB Coopers Chartered Accountants has announced  that they advised ATG Access on the acquisition of the US vehicle barrier division of the Dutch group Boon Edam.

Steven Lindsay, Partner at CLB Coopers provided corporate finance advice to the purchaser. The deal completed 7 November 2008.

Haydock-based ATG Access engineer and produce security traffic bollard systems which can be seen in situ in most major cities and venues globally.
The anti-terror and ram-raid deterrent bollard systems are designed to withstand the force of a heavy goods truck driving at 50 miles per hour– its little wonder ATG Access sits firmly in the bracket of the UK’s specialist provider of security bollards.

The undisclosed consideration was satisfied by existing facilities provided by Tony Buchan at The Bank of Scotland and legal advice was provided by Andrew Page of Page and Co.
