Due Diligence & Reporting Accountants

We provide financial due diligence services to both companies and funders.

Companies making an acquisition normally require a due diligence exercise to be undertaken. Funders proposing to provide finance to a company will also need such an exercise to be completed.

In all cases, we work with our due diligence clients to ensure that all areas where they require information and review are clearly identified and agreed before the work is undertaken. We have an experienced team who can focus on the key areas of concern and provide an assessment taking account of the commercial aspects in addition to the financial situation.

In addition, we act as reporting accountants for companies who are either joining the Stock Market or are already quoted and are undertaking an acquisition or fund-raising.

In this area we work closely with the sponsors/brokers of the company to ensure the flotation, acquisition and/or fundraising is achieved as smoothly as possible.
