Update 16 October 2009

At a meeting held on Friday 9 October 2009 the creditors voted overwhelmingly in favour of accepting the proposals made by the Joint Administrators. A Creditors Committee was formed and the first committee meeting held immediately after the main creditors meeting. Letters confirming the approval of the proposals have now been sent to all creditors.

Please note that in accordance with the Insolvency Act and Rules the Joint Administrators will be providing a further written progress report covering the first six months of the administration within one month of the end of the period covered by the report.
