CLB Coopers has supported the management buy-out of Preston-based Central Power Services Limited in a deal which will see Stuart Brakewell taking full ownership of the business after securing funding from RBS and RBS Invoice Finance.
Stuart Brakewell, Managing Director at Central Power Services, said, “I am delighted to take full control of the business and am looking forward to expanding the business and building on the firm’s established track record of success. It will be business as usual for our customers, suppliers and staff”.
The company installs and services emergency power systems for organisations in the UK and Europe and has its headquarters in Preston with offices in Leeds and Cannock.
