Our client is looking to acquire environmental or support services businesses.
Location: Anywhere in the UK
Deal Size: Between £5 million and £100 million
Project Eagle
Our client is looking to acquire businesses that provide public relations, conference and event management, sponsorship or promotions.
Location: Preferably based in the North West, North East, Yorkshire or Dublin
Project Electric
Our client is an electrical and engineering group looking to expand its businesses through acquisition. Businesses sought include; electrical engineers and contractors, sheet metal and general fabricators or repair / re-winders of electrical machinery.
Location: Yorkshire, although other locations will be considered

Technology infrastructure specialist in the provision of hardware, software and managed services is looking to acquire data centres, ideally with their own premises and network providers. They will also consider any distressed IT business.
Location: Anywhere in the UK
Turnover: Up to £10m
Project Party Corporate party organiser providing event entertainment and catering throughout the UK is looking to acquire similar or related businesses preferably in catering. They will also consider distressed/ insolvency cases.
Location: UK
Deal size: Between £90,000 and £450,000

Our client is looking to acquire a mid-sized plastics manufacturing business. In addition to plastic moulding manufacturing, the company is also involved with paint spraying to an automotive standard and may be interested in this type of business. They will consider businesses in distress.
Location: UK, EU, USA, China and India.

Project Post A leading supplier of bollards and barriers is looking to expand. The target business should operate in the access control area. Our client manufactures bollards and bollard systems for a wide range of applications; manual, fixed and automatic including high security and anti-terrorist.
Location: Europe or America
Turnover: Between £1 million and £10 million
Project Support
Support services company providing infrastructure maintenance services for the public sector. Businesses will be considered in any of the following areas; support, repair, general maintenance, refuse, consulting, social housing, highways, grounds maintenance and utilities. They are especially interested in businesses with council/government contracts.
