Bolton Office
CLB Coopers operates a predominantly Audit, Accounts, Tax and Payroll service from its Chorley New Road office in Bolton. The office also deals with Corporate Finance, forensic accounting, business recovery & insolvency and wealth management issues.

The firm provides this range of services to organisations from business start-ups to fully established owner managed businesses, charities, professional partnerships and pension schemes. Bolton also provides VAT services, and supplies accounting software and training to organisations.

This busy office is staffed by 23 fee earners supported by administrative staff whose work encompasses clients with turnover from £10,000 up to £40 million.

Lancaster Office
Tony Whiteway is the partner in charge of CLB Coopers Lancaster office. As with all other locations, Lancaster is an integral part of the CLB Coopers network whilst maintaining its own distinctive personality. This office has experienced rapidly expanding growth in the last few years.

The majority of clients are owner managed businesses and professional practices. The general size being between £10,000 and £35 million turnover or fee income, however recent growth has seen international plc’s serviced from Lancaster.

Manchester Office
CLB Coopers Manchester under the management of David J Travis with his fellow partners David Clift, Steven Lindsay, Alex White and Rick Schofield has become the centre of the firm’s corporate finance activity in the north west.
Our two insolvency partners Mark Getliffe and Diane Hill are also based in our Manchester office.

At the same time, as with other offices CLB Coopers provides the standard services such as audit, personal and corporation tax, VAT and accounting services.

Clients are drawn from the owner managed or family run business sector, professional partnerships and charities. Frequently the firm is involved providing business advice as well as compliance from the inception of the business right through to listing via AIM or OFEX.
