Graham joined CLB Coopers in 2002 from EY and became a Senior Director in 2010.
He provides audit, accountancy and advisory services to a wide range of businesses across a variety of sectors. Graham has extensive experience of working with entrepreneurial, privately-owned businesses and also advises a portfolio of professional services Partnerships and LLPs.
Graham works closely with his clients to understand the corporate and personal objectives of the business and its owners. By understanding these strategic aims, he is well placed to act as a trusted business advisor on a wide range of matters, not just those relating to accounting, auditing and financial reporting which lie at the core of his specialist expertise.
He advises a variety of businesses, ranging from family-owned SMEs, professional services Partnerships of all sizes through to larger international groups and listed companies. He co-ordinates the firm’s assurance offerings to ensure audit, tax compliance and general advisory services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.
His experience as a relationship partner links him to all areas of the firm’s service offerings, including corporate finance and taxation matters, delivering a joined-up service to the firm’s clients on compliance, business strategy, cash flow management, shareholder re-organisations, management buy-outs and acquisitions.
Graham is a member of the firm’s Professional Services group, advising legal practices and their senior management teams.
