David Clift

David joined CLB Coopers' Manchester office in 1998.  Previously, David developed his knowledge and expertise in positions with Ernst & Young and United Utilities Plc.

His main area of expertise is in providing audit and business services.  David's client base is wide and varied.  He enjoys acting as a sounding board to owner managers and boards, embracing strategic planning, change programmes and systems and procedural improvements.

David also specialises in Corporate Finance Transaction Support providing focussed commercially orientated due dilligence reports to banks, venture capitalists and clients.  He also acts as Reporting Accountant on PLUS and AIM flotations.

Away from the office, David is an enthusiastic tennis and squash player (knees permitting!).
