Diane Hill

Diane joined CLB Coopers in 1989 and qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 1998. She became a partner in 2001 and works across our offices in Manchester, Bolton and Lancaster in our Business Restructuring & Insolvency team.

Diane works with a diverse range of local, national and international clients ranging from manufacturing and engineering through to media and sports. Her experience, technical knowledge and commercial skills assist her clients to maximise their business opportunities and overcome financial and operational difficulties.

Diane also advises fellow accountants, solicitors and lenders on delivering clear, practical and commercial solutions to their client problems.

Like the other members of our Business Restructuring and Insolvency team, Diane understands the sensitivity that surrounds insolvency and her personal approach ensures that any emotional stress is minimised by adopting a sensible, practical and commercial approach.
