Graham Rigby

Graham joined CLB Coopers in 2002 from Ernst & Young and became a partner in 2010. He provides audit, accountancy and advisory services to a wide range of businesses across a variety of sectors.Graham has extensive experience of working with entrepreneurial, privately owned businesses and he also advises a number of AIM & PLUS listed companies. He adds value to all of his clients’ businesses with his in depth technical expertise and broad commercial knowledge.

Throughout his career Graham has worked closely with his clients to understand each company’s strategic objectives and the overall aims of the business and its owners.  He acts as a trusted business advisor on all matters relating to accounting, auditing and financial reporting.

Since joining CLB Coopers, Graham has advised a wide variety of businesses, ranging from family-run SMEs to larger international groups and listed companies.  He co-ordinates the firm’s assurance offerings to ensure audit and tax compliance services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.

Graham also works closely with the Corporate Finance teams across the firm, advising his clients on business plans and cash flow management strategies as well as supporting the team on transactions such as management buy-outs, acquisitions, disposals and corporate re-organisations.

Graham is a family man and keen footballer. He plays five-a-side (to a very average standard!) twice a week in the evenings, after making sure his two young children have been read their bedtime stories.
