Mike Garrett

Mike joined CLB Coopers in 1983, became a partner in 1995 and is based in our Lancaster office. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Mike is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is currently head of audit compliance for CLB Coopers ensuring that our technical procedures are maintained and developed.

Mike advises a varied client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and partnerships, through to charities and pension schemes, providing him with extensive experience across many organisation types and business sectors.

In addition to his expertise in audit and accounts, Mike specialises in forensic accountancy and other specialist investigation work. He is proactive in the service he provides to clients, helping them set and achieve their specific business objectives.

Outside of work Mike enjoys competing at absolutely anything! His main sporting interests are golf, skiing and rugby (which is now restricted to coaching).
