Steven Lindsay

Steven joined CLB Coopers' Manchester office as Corporate Finance Partner in 2000 and leads the firm's Corporate Finance services. His role includes advising on management buy-outs/buy-ins, acquisitions, disposals and fund-raisings across all sectors.

Steven's expertise has been developed through working in similar roles for financial organisations including a merchant bank, a building society, the Stock Exchange and Ernst & Young.

Business owners and directors value the advice that Steven can give to achieve their strategic objectives. Steven advises on many areas of corporate finance including identification of appropriate funders/purchasers, business planning and forecasts, deal negotiation, integrated tax planning and project management.

Steven still manages to kick a football around and enjoys attending music gigs in his spare time.
