We have a regular intake of graduate trainees in our Lancaster office providing full support for studying towards the ACA qualification combined with client-facing experience from an early stage.

Your contract will provide comprehensive training in audit & accounts preparation.  In addition, you will be expected to gain an appreciation of the broader commercial, financial and taxation issues affecting our clients’ businesses.  From time to time you may also become involved in special projects and corporate finance assignments.

Our varied and interesting client portfolio means that no two days are the same, and there are endless opportunities to use your initiative and make a difference to our clients’ businesses.

Pre-requisite qualifications:

  • Degree: 2:1 or higher
  • A levels: Grade B or higher in 3 subjects (excluding general studies)

Essential qualities:

  • Strengths in numeracy, vocabulary and logical reasoning
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Interest in commercial matters
  • Desire to take early responsibility and the ambition to succeed
  • Commitment to deliver outstanding client service
